Cancellation Policy

At Sign by Devine Notary Services, LLC I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. My cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting my time and commitment. Please review my policy below: 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

1. Advance Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without any charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment. 

3. No-shows: If a client does not attend the scheduled appointment and does not provide notice, the full travel fee (excluding the notarial act) or $10 for remote online notarization will be charged.

4. Rescheduling: Clients who need to reschedule their appointment  should contact me as soon as possible. I do my best to accommodate new schedule requests.

Refunds

Refunds: 

  • Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations within the allowed time frame will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
